About The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented intern to support our data operations processes. This role focuses on retrieving marketplace data and ensuring it's accurately processed into our internal systems. Success here comes from precision and consistency — you'll be working with structured, recurring processes where accuracy matters more than speed. If you're the type of person who double-checks your work without being asked and stays sharp on tasks you've done many times before, this is a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Retrieve and organize data from marketplace platforms (e.g. Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia) on a regular schedule
- Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency before processing
- Process data into internal systems following established procedures
- Flag discrepancies, errors, or source data changes promptly
- Maintain accurate records/trackers of tasks completed
- Support ad hoc data cleanup or reconciliation tasks in Excel/Google Sheets as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail, comfortable catching small errors that others might miss
- Working proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, sorting/filtering, basic data cleaning at minimum)
- High tolerance for repetitive, process-driven work without a drop in accuracy over time
- Reliable and self-checking, can flag own mistakes rather than waiting to be caught
- Comfortable following structured processes and SOPs precisely
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Prior experience in operations, data entry, or admin support is a plus but not required
Nice To Have
- Familiarity with marketplace seller dashboards (Shopee Seller Center, TikTok Shop Seller Center, etc.)
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or performance marketing terminology
