Requirements
Expertise in data modeling, database design, and data integration.
Strong track record of designing and implementing technical and data driven solutions for complex business challenges.
Skilled in database management and visualization using SQL (SQL Server, Postgre, etc) and BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc).
Experienced in data transformation & integration tools such as SSIS, Kafka, Airflow, etc, with a solid foundation of ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines.
Experience with data quality assessment techniques, data harmonization, normalization, aggregation, allocation.
Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or Java for data processing and transformation.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and logical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
Excellent Project management, organizational skills and Leadership capabilities to guide technical teams.
Proactive and self-motivated, able to work in tight schedule with under pressure.
Fluent in English, with strong communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
Advanced MS Excel: pivot table, index, vlookup. Power Pivot and VBA experience a plus.
Familiarity with big data frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) their data solutions is a plus.
Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.
