Data Management Consultant

BACKGROUND

The increasing scale and complexity of WWF-Indonesia's conservation programmes require stronger systems for managing programme data, monitoring progress and ensuring consistent reporting across projects. In response to these needs and in line with WWF's ongoing digital transformation initiative, WWF-Indonesia is implementing the Data Transformation Office (DTO) system to standardize programme planning, monitoring, evaluation and learning (PMEL) processes across the organization. This transition requires thesystematic consolidation and reformatting of project monitoring and evaluation plans, logical frameworks and project information into the standardized DTO PMEL system format. Given the large number of active projects and the diversity of programm portfolios, dedicated support is required to review project documents, extract relevant information and ensure accurate data migration into the system. In addition to supporting the DTO system transition, WWF-Indonesia also requires improved management of project documentation and reporting databases to enhance organizational knowledge management and monitoring processes. A structured database of project documents, results frameworks, reports and activity trackers is necessary to facilitate regular monitoring, reporting and programme oversight. The Data Management Consultant for CMT Programwill therefore play a critical role in collecting, organizing and maintaining project data, developing activity tracking systems and producing monthly monitoring summaries for all projects under Climate & Market Transformation Program and Policy Advocacy & Social Inclusion. Theassistant is expected to supportup to 15 (fifteen)projects, ensuring that project data and reports are systematically documented, accessible and aligned with WWF-Indonesia's PMEL and programme management standards.

SCOPE OF WORK OF CONSULTANT

1. Collecting and re-aligning M&E plan of projects into new DTO format:

• Review project documents and logical frameworks to extract required data related to program and project profiles;
• Compile and organize information on program outcomes, outputs, indicators, and project activities;
• Prepare and format data using the standard templates required for migration to the DTO PMEL System;
• Support basic data checking to ensure information entered in the system matches the source documents;
• e. Maintain records of completed, pending, and missing information for each project.

2. Collecting and managing project data and reports database:

• Develop and maintain project database consist of project document, result framework, reports, etc;
• Create project activities tracker based on the result framework and annual workplan;
• Develop monthly monitoring report from project activities tracker

QUALIFICATION:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma (D3/D4) in any major, preferably from environmental sciences (forest & wildlife conservation, marine & fisheries, biology, etc).
2. 1-2 years of experience working in environmental projects, non profit, or development sectors is desirable; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Familiar with monitoring and evaluation (M&E)concept or logical frame work is desirable.
4. Prior experience working in data collection or data management.
5. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex information.
6. Intermediate-level computer skills in Microsoft Office (especially in Microsoft Excel), database management/application, Microsoft Power Apps, and Power BI areconsidered valuable for this role
