This is a fully remote, flexible contract role open to anyone with a sharp eye and a methodical mindset. No prior AI or tech experience needed — just reliability, focus, and a commitment to doing quality work.

What You'll Do

• Categorize, tag, and annotate text, images, or audio using structured guidelines
• Apply predefined label sets accurately and consistently across large datasets
• Maintain high quality and precision throughout task-based assignments
• Participate in calibration exercises to ensure consistency across the team
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

• Detail-oriented and patient — you notice what others miss
• Able to follow structured instructions precisely and consistently
• Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
• No prior labeling, AI, or technical experience required

• Experience with data entry, quality assurance, or administrative work
• Familiarity with AI tools or content platforms as an end user
