Responsibilities
Helping OHSE and PMO division with a scope of role:
- Building an informative and interactive PMO & OHSE dashboard
- Analyzing the data and information that will be displayed on the dashboard.
- Mapping out the types of data that need to be included.
- Determining information priorities and deciding which items should be highlighted for users.
- Choosing the most effective visualization formats such as bar charts, line charts, KPI cards, and tables.
- Designing dashboard visuals that are easy to understand and aligned with the needs of PMO, OHSE, and related departments.
- Ensuring that all design elements can be implemented smoothly by the development team.
- Transforming dashboard designs into clear and implementable process flows:
- Designing the user flow of the dashboard
- Organizing information so users can easily follow and understand the content.
- Explaining dashboard insights, logic, and user processes clearly and professionally to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Preferably students or fresh graduates from Visual Communication Design, Product Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or Human-Computer Interaction.
- Commit for 6 months of internship duration
- Ability to create UI/UX designs for websites.
- Familiar with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
- Skills in prototyping and testing.
- Interest or experience in data analysis and user research.
- Understanding of how to build interfaces, wireframes, and basic design structures.
- Bonus points (not required): Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Vue.
