SBG operates across banking, insurance, retail (FMCG), healthcare, education, and AI, managing complex, multi-track product and engineering initiatives. We're hiring a Data Intern with strong logical thinking, data discipline, and hands-on execution capability to support core data operations.
Work Setup:
- Position: Full-Time
- Location: Mayapada Tower 1, Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data fetching and ingestion processes from multiple sources
- Identify, analyze, and resolve unmatched or inconsistent data between source systems
- Support data validation, cleaning, and basic transformation activities
- Create and maintain simple documentation for data fetching, mapping, and dashboard workflows
- Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to support reporting and analysis needs
- Ensure data accuracy and logical consistency across datasets
Requirements:
- Final-year active university student or fresh graduate majoring in Informatics, Information Systems, or related fields
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational data concepts
- Familiarity with Python, including pandas and SQLAlchemy
- Able to reason logically about data discrepancies and edge cases
- Comfortable working with structured datasets and repetitive validation tasks
- Detail-oriented with a disciplined approach to data accuracy
