Job Description

We're Hiring | Data Engineer – Mid Level (2-4 years experience)

West Jakarta | Hybrid | Full-Time

Insignia.co.id is looking for a Mid-Level Data Engineer to join our hands-on consulting team and build production-ready data platforms for enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines
Work with Databricks, AWS, Delta Lake & Medallion Architecture
Develop clean and scalable PySpark & SQL solutions
Handle data migration and integration projects
Monitor and troubleshoot production data workflows
Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
Support solution design, technical scoping, and project delivery

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Engineering
Hands-on experience with data migration projects
Strong Python/PySpark & SQL skills
Hands-on experience with Databricks & AWS
Good understanding of data modeling & data pipelines
Experience with Git
Good communication and problem-solving skills
