As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. This role requires creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the integrity and quality of data throughout its lifecycle. The position also involves implementing processes to extract, transform, and load data, facilitating seamless migration and deployment across various systems. Collaboration with different teams to optimize data workflows and support organizational data needs is an integral part of daily activities, ensuring robust and scalable data infrastructure.

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align data strategies with organizational goals.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of database design principles and experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Experience in building and optimizing extract, transform, and load processes to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and implementation strategies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues to maintain data accuracy and availability.
• Skilled in collaborating with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated data solutions.
