Wine Adore is offering an
internship opportunity for individuals interested in data collection, research, and technology within the wine and hospitality industry.
You will support the team in collecting, maintaining, and updating accurate data regarding venues, wine listings, and corkage policies to support sales, market research, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate Scraping Tools: Run pre-configured web scraping tools to pull basic wine listings and price data as instructed.
- Support Data Entry: Input restaurant, hotel, and venue information into spreadsheets or internal systems based on templates provided.
- Gather Corkage Details: Assist in searching and recording corkage fees and wine rules from public venue pages or social media.
- Basic Data Checking: Cross-check contact info, addresses, and menu details using Google Maps or official websites to ensure accuracy.
- Help Keep Records Clean: Support the team in updating out-of-date entries and removing duplicate records in the database.
- Assist in Routine Reporting: Help compile simple weekly progress logs and task updates for the supervisor.
Requirements
- Based in Bali, Indonesia
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Good research and attention-to-detail skills
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets and digital tools
- Organized and able to handle repetitive tasks
- Interested in technology and process improvement
