Data Center Sales Engineer-Indonesia

Bray Controls Southeast Asia is seeking a results-driven Data Center Sales Engineer to grow our presence in Indonesia's rapidly expanding data center market. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing key customer relationships, and driving opportunities from specification through to purchase order.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and win new business opportunities within the data center and HVAC sectors.
• Build relationships with data center owners, operators, consultants, OEMs, and contractors.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from project identification to order execution.
• Influence project specifications and position Bray as the preferred flow control partner.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting through CRM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in the data center industry.
• Knowledge of valves, actuators, and flow control products; HVAC experience is an advantage.
• Strong customer network and business development experience in Indonesia.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to travel within Indonesia.
