Data Center Projects

Indosat and its subsidiary are standing up one of the largest concentrated NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 deployments in the region — 150MW of critical GPU capacity across 4 data center locations, approximately 930 racks in total. Every role on this program exists to get liquid-cooled, GPU-dense racks from receiving dock to customer-accepted, billable capacity, on schedule and without compromising commissioning rigor.

We're currently hiring across various Data Center Delivery functions, from project management and engineering to quality assurance and partner management.

General Requirement

• Experience in Data center, critical facility or heavy industrial build
• Comfortable working from formal procedures (MOPs/SOPs) on a live, fast-moving deployment program
• Safety-first mindset and willingness to work on-site full time across our 4 locations
• Strong cross-functional coordination, this program only works if every discipline stays synchronized

Positions & Key Responsibilities:

1.Data Center Project Lead:

• Own delivery of one assigned data center site end-to-end - scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety and handover - as the single accountable person for that project.
• Responsible for managing the integration of data center infrastructure into the operations, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and successful rack deployment and handoff processes.
• Lead full lifecycle delivery of assigned Data Center project.
• Develop and manage detailed project plan & milestones
• Ensure alignment with overall program timelines for making Data Center RFS.

2.Project Engineer Data Center

• Provide day-to-day technical and engineering support on site so that the project is built to design, to standard and on schedule

3.Project Coordinator

• Keep the delivery programme organized and transparent - planning, tracking, reporting, and administration - so that leads and engineers can focus on execution on site. Maintain the master project schedule and site-level plans; track milestones, dependencies and critical path.

4.Data Center Quality Assurance

• Ensure every project is delivered in full compliance with permits, regulations, HSE requirements and internal governance - and that the company can prove it.
• Own the permit and license roadmap for each site; identify what is required, when, and who must obtain it; track it to approval
• Maintain the regulatory compliance register covering construction, environmental, electrical, fire safety and data center-specific requirements.

5.Partner Contract Lead

• Empowered to execute day-to-day contract administration - preparing and processing contracts and purchase orders and maintaining the contract and vendor records - acting within the Lead's direction.
