Job Description

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

  • Data Center Delivery Technical Manager
  • Data Center Delivery Project Manager

Data Center Delivery Technical Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technical solution management, technical reviews, systems integration, and technical risk control throughout data center delivery.
  • Participate in customer requirement clarification and prepare or review technical delivery plans, technical boundaries, system configurations, and acceptance standards.
  • Coordinate MEP technical work across power distribution, UPS, diesel generators, HVAC and cooling systems, low-voltage systems, monitoring systems, fire protection, BMS, and DCIM.
  • Review design drawings, technical specifications, equipment selection, method statements, commissioning plans, and integrated testing plans.
  • Support the project manager in resolving major site technical issues and coordinate design institutes, contractors, equipment vendors, and customer technical teams.
  • Organize or participate in FAT, SAT, single-system commissioning, integrated systems testing, load testing, reliability validation, and availability verification.
  • Assess technical changes and their impact on capacity, redundancy, reliability, energy efficiency, cost, schedule, and maintainability.
  • Promote standardized technical delivery templates, testing forms, acceptance criteria, issue libraries, and lessons learned.
  • Support technical handover to operations, including training, system documentation, as-built files, and operational risk notes.
  • Participate in major incident reviews and technical optimization activities to improve delivery quality and system stability.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, HVAC, automation, mechanical and electrical engineering, telecommunications, building environment and energy engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of technical management experience in data centers, MEP engineering, industrial facilities, or mission-critical infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of data center electrical systems, cooling systems, fire protection, low-voltage systems, monitoring platforms, network infrastructure, and integrated commissioning.
  • Knowledge of TIA-942, Uptime Institute principles, data center design standards, MEP commissioning, and acceptance workflows is preferred.
  • Strong capability in drawing review, technical judgment, fault diagnosis, design coordination, and cross-discipline problem solving.
  • Experience with capacity planning, redundancy architectures, PUE, availability, and maintainability-oriented design is preferred.
  • Able to communicate complex technical matters clearly to customers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Data Center Delivery Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full project delivery lifecycle, including project initiation, design coordination, procurement support, construction, testing, acceptance, customer handover, and operations transition.
  • Develop and maintain the project plan, milestone schedule, resource plan, risk register, communication rhythm, and delivery strategy.
  • Coordinate civil works, MEP, low-voltage systems, fire protection, HVAC, electrical systems, network infrastructure, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Align owners, customers, design institutes, general contractors, supervision teams, suppliers, operations teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Control project schedule, quality, safety, cost, change requests, risks, issues, and action closure.
  • Lead regular project meetings, technical coordination meetings, customer updates, and management reporting.
  • Drive critical milestones such as design freeze, equipment delivery, installation completion, single-system commissioning, integrated testing, acceptance, and customer delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting minutes, risk logs, change records, acceptance files, test records, and handover packages.
  • Support customer acceptance, government acceptance, third-party testing, reliability validation, and operations handover.
  • Facilitate project closeout reviews and contribute to standardized delivery processes, templates, and lessons learned.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or above in engineering management, mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, HVAC, automation, telecommunications, civil engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of engineering project management experience, including at least 3 years in data centers, server rooms, semiconductor facilities, industrial facilities, or large MEP projects.
  • Solid understanding of data center construction workflows, MEP systems, engineering acceptance, commissioning, and customer handover requirements.
  • Strong planning, coordination, risk control, site problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • PMP certification, project management methodology experience, contract-management knowledge, or scheduling-tool experience is preferred.
  • Strong customer communication skills and proven ability to manage site execution teams.
  • Able to work on project sites and handle intensive delivery periods when required.
