We are looking for passionate and driven final-year students who are eager to gain hands-on experience in Data Center Engineering. Through this internship program, you will work alongside experienced professionals and gain direct exposure to the operation and maintenance of critical facilities that power the digital economy.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a DC Engineering Intern, you will support the engineering team in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and availability of critical infrastructure systems within our data center environment.

• Support daily operation and maintenance of Data Center critical facilities.
• Support daily monitoring activities of electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and inspection activities.
• Assist engineers in troubleshooting and resolving facility-related issues.
• Support documentation, reporting, and updating engineering records.
• Participate in facility audits, safety inspections, and operational reviews.
• Observe and learn data center operational standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure smooth facility performance.

Requirements

• Final year student, bachelor degree in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
• Available for a full-time internship placement in Cikarang.
• Open to rotating shifts and capable of adapting to different schedules
• Strong interest in Data Center, Critical Facilities, Building Services, or Industrial Operations.
• Basic understanding of: Electrical Power Systems, HVAC / Cooling Systems, Mechanical Equipment and Facility Maintenance
• Able to read and understand technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
