This role will build company's analytics backbone and accelerate data-driven decision-making. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Technology, you'll partner with all business functions to define and deliver a high-impact analytics roadmap, with exposure to regional and global stakeholders.

Job Purpose

Lead the development and execution of company's Data & Analytics strategy and roadmap. Partner with business functions to deliver insights, enable data-driven decisions, and elevate analytics maturity from basic reporting to advanced AI-enabled solutions. #DoSomethingThatMatters

Main Responsibilities

• Define and implement a 3-year Data & Analytics roadmap aligned with business priorities and global standards.
• Deliver BI and advanced analytics solutions to unlock business value across functions.
• Capture requirements from business partners and translate them into actionable analytics use cases.
• Lead and develop a small analytics team; manage vendors and regional/global stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards and optimize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with APAC Center of Expertise and global teams to deploy and scale solutions.

Candidate Criteria

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics/BI/Data Science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Expertise in analytics beyond transactional reporting; hands-on experience with D&A technologies and platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to manage teams.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution is preferred; telco, retail, or relevant consulting backgrounds are also welcome.
• Experience working with regional/global stakeholders and managing vendors.
• Exposure to the Azure data stack (e.g., Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, and ML) is a plus.
