Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering or Data Analysis
• Strong proficiency in Python and advanced SQL (complex queries, joins, performance tuning)
• Proven experience in ETL processes and data transformation (unstructured/semi-structured to structured data)
• Experience in data migration projects (data cleansing, validation, reconciliation)
• Solid understanding of data warehouse design and data modeling
• Experienced with tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), dbt, and BI tools
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, and data management principles
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, maintain, and optimize existing data pipelines and Python scripts
• Design and implement data transformation processes from various data sources (JSON, XML, logs, etc.)
• Develop and manage ETL workflows to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Perform data migration activities including validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks
• Monitor data pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Perform data analysis and generate reports for business and management needs
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance data management practices
