We are seeking a Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that support business strategy and product decision-making. This role involves deep analytical work, dashboard development, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive a data-driven culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
- 35 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, data science, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python/R for data analysis and data preparation.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of statistical and analytical techniques including EDA, descriptive and inferential statistics, RFM segmentation, and cohort analysis.
- Experience working with large structured and semi-structured datasets.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and business acumen.
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL/ELT tools (e.g., DBT, Pentaho, Airflow), and Agile environments is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business questions and performance metrics (regular and ad-hoc) to generate actionable insights aligned with strategic goals and OKRs.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using BI tools, applying best practices in data visualization and storytelling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and data engineers to ensure analytics outputs meet product and project objectives.
- Deliver high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytical insights.
- Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences and support a data-driven culture.
- Develop and maintain data marts to support scalable, self-service BI solutions.
