Overview
The Data Analyst is responsible for transforming business data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, enhance business performance, and strengthen the company's digital capabilities through data analysis, dashboard development, and ad hoc analytical projects.
Job Expectation:
- Drive the implementation and improvement of the Digital Business Capability Index through data-driven initiatives and insights.
- Conduct company, market, and competitor analyses to support strategic business decisions.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards that provide accurate, reliable, and user-friendly business insights.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses and reports in accordance with established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Ensure the quality, relevance, and impact of analytical insights to support business objectives and stakeholder satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
- Strong understanding of business data analysis and insight generation.
- Proven ability to conduct company, market, and competitor analyses using data-driven approaches.
- Experience in developing dashboards, reports, and analytical visualizations.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
