Cross-Country Frameworks & Efficiency Optimization: Develop and monitor cross-country frameworks and efficiency metrics to optimize platform growth and profitability across SEA markets.
Quantitative Modeling & Strategic Problem Solving: Frame and structure ambiguous, open-ended business questions into actionable quantitative models, strategic frameworks, and commercial implications across SEA markets.
Industry Intelligence & Market Benchmarking: Monitor industry trends, external market benchmarks, and platform dynamics across e-commerce and tech sectors to spot strategic growth opportunities.
Executive Communication & Storytelling: Synthesize complex data into clear, structured presentation decks and strategic summaries for executive leadership (e.g., Gteam leadership meetings) and cross-functional stakeholders.
Strategic Governance & Core Deliverables: Manage key Regional Insight deliverables including PRM bucket consolidation, cross-country performance, healthiness, and efficiency tracking.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
Professional Experience: 1-3 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, business intelligence, or data analytics (e-commerce/tech background is highly desirable).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data querying, manipulation, and statistical modeling. Familiarity with data visualization tools and data warehousing principles is a plus.
Structured Problem-Solving: Ability to apply structured frameworks to break down complex problems and estimate hard-to-find information.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication comfortable translating data insights into clean, structured presentation decks.
Core Competencies: Self-starter comfortable navigating evolving team scopes, managing multiple priorities, and executing with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
