Job Description:

Partner with the Regional BD team as a business-facing BI, enabling data-driven commercial decisions.
Act as a thought partner to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management.
Proactively frame business problems, define success metrics, and deliver recommendations - not just reports.
Analyze large datasets to diagnose performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
Build and maintain dashboards to track key commercial metrics.
Deliver fast, high-impact ad-hoc analyses in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or relevant field.
Strong proficiency in SQL comfortable working with large datasets.
Proven ability to apply business context and judgment, beyond data extraction.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Experience with Python or R is a plus.
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Self-starter with strong ownership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
