Job Description
PT Otto Media Grup, a fast-growing media & digital marketing company, is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Ads Analyst / Data Ads Specialist to manage, analyze, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across e-commerce and social media platforms.
This role focuses heavily on TikTok Ads (Live Ads & GMV Max), e-commerce advertising, and affiliate performance data. You will work closely with Ads, KOL, Affiliate, and Business teams to ensure campaigns are optimized based on accurate data insights and performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Ads Performance & Optimization
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize TikTok Ads performance, including Live Ads and GMV Max campaigns
- Manage and evaluate e-commerce ads across platforms (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, etc.)
- Track and optimize ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and GMV performance
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze ads performance data, sales data, and affiliate data to generate actionable insights
- Build and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
- Identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities from campaign data
Affiliate & Live Commerce Data
- Analyze affiliate performance, including creator contribution, conversion, and GMV
- Support optimization strategies for live streaming and affiliate-driven sales
- Collaborate with KOL & Affiliate teams to improve creator and campaign performance
Collaboration & Strategy Support
- Work closely with internal teams (Ads, KOL, Affiliate, Creative, Account) to align data insights with execution
- Support A/B testing, budget allocation, and scaling strategies
- Provide data-backed recommendations for campaign improvement and scaling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data, Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 24 years of experience as an Ads Analyst, Performance Ads Specialist, or Data Analyst (e-commerce focus)
- Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, especially Live Ads & GMV Max
- Solid understanding of e-commerce ads and affiliate marketing data
- Strong analytical skills and experience handling large datasets
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards)
- Familiar with ads metrics, attribution models, and performance tracking
- Detail-oriented, critical thinker, and data-driven decision maker
- Experience working in a media agency or digital marketing agency is a strong plus
