Lead data analytics initiatives to support TikTok Go marketing, creator, and live commerce strategies
Develop and refine analytics frameworks for TikTok campaigns, creator performance, customer segmentation, and funnel analysis
Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports to track TikTok Go KPIs, marketing ROI, and growth metrics
Partner closely with marketing, creator management, and product teams to define success metrics and optimization strategies
Analyze user acquisition, retention, engagement, and conversion across TikTok channels
Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data availability, accuracy, and integrity
Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
4+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or related roles, preferably in digital marketing, performance marketing, or high-growth tech
Strong SQL skills and experience with BI tools (Lark Base, Power BI, Tableau, Redash, or similar)
Experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery or Snowflake (GCP preferred)
Familiarity with marketing attribution models, funnel analysis, and customer lifecycle analytics
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business and campaign insights
