Role Description

This is a full-time Hybrid role for a Data Analyst Manager located in Kebayoran. The Data Analyst Manager will lead data analysis efforts, develop and implement data strategies, and oversee the management of data systems to support business decision-making. Responsibilities include analyzing data sets, creating data models, managing statistical analyses, forecast modelling, and interpreting findings. Additionally, the manager will communicate insights to stakeholders and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies to achieve business goals, especially for sales and growth goals.

Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years in the same position (data analysis, business intelligence/growth strategy, preferably in the healthcare, e-commerce/technology industries)
  • Experience working with sales, marketing, or product teams to provide data-driven insights to increase revenue and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office, Tableau, Google Data Studio, SQL, & Python
  • Understanding of forecasting techniques, predictive modeling, and segmentation analysis

Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for presenting valid and easy-to-understand data to the entire team, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Responsible for conducting data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations to support the Growth Team's performance.
  • Collaborate with the entire Growth Team to develop effective Sales Planning. (sales targets and sales forecasts)
  • Identify and analyze inefficiencies in business processes
  • Innovate/automate/improve tools/work systems to support work efficiency
