Data Analyst (Management Accounting)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with branch offices in preparing daily and monthly Profit & Loss reports.
• Review daily and monthly Profit & Loss reports submitted by branches.
• Review daily detailed expense reports and monthly expense estimates.
• Analyze and review Profit & Loss reports submitted by branches.
• Prepare Management Accounting reports for management reporting purposes.
• Review and analyze Branch Cost Center reports.
• Coordinate and collaborate with related departments to support business operations.
• Travel for business trips to branch locations or other cities as required by operational and business needs.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Management Accounting, Financial Analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Able to adapt quickly and learn Management Accounting systems and reporting processes.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience in developing or improving reporting and analytical systems is a plus.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including LOOKUP functions and Pivot Tables.
• Proficient in at least one data analysis tool such as Power BI, MySQL, or Python.
• Willing to be on standby during weekends or public holidays when they coincide with the monthly closing period.
• Willing to work overtime and travel for business trips as required by operational needs.
