Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze data flow for project/system requirements.
• Handle Data Quality, Data Integrity, and Data Analysis.
• Configure CRM, especially SAP CDP, with ERP and surrounding applications such as BigQuery and GA4.
• Create technical documentation for Development and Operations teams.
• Support testing, implementation, and go-live processes.
• Perform debugging and root cause analysis.
• Conduct user training and support user requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Data Science.
• Experience : 3-5 years
• Strong SQL, database, and relational data modeling skills.
• Understand data quality concepts: integrity, consistency, completeness, accuracy, validation, and reconciliation.
• Understand ETL/ELT and data formats such as JSON, CSV, and XML.
• Familiar with SAP Customer Data Platform/CRM, Data Modeling, Data Mapping, Functional SD/MM, ERP, Marketing Automation, BigQuery, GA4, Google Tag, Python/JavaScript, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Strong logical and critical thinking with a data- and flow-driven approach.
• Experience as a Business Data Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or Business Process Analyst.
