About the Role

AIA is looking for an enthusiastic Data Analyst Intern to join our Actuary team (IFRS 17 Reporting) and help us with performing User Acceptance Test (UAT), project-related documentation, and related ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards for IFRS 17 reporting and management insights.
• Automating recurring reporting, data preparation, and reconciliation processes using Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Excel VBA, and other digital tools where appropriate.
• Supporting AI-enabled productivity initiatives and identifying further automation opportunities.
• Building reusable automation solutions to improve reporting efficiency, data quality, and process resilience.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor Degree in Statistic, Data Science (or relevant), with minimum GPA: 3.00/4.00
• Able to do internship for a minimum of 6 months period with full WFO arrangement in AIA Central - Jakarta.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills and good team player.
• Required experience in Power BI (Dashboard development, Power Query, DAX), Advanced Microsoft Excel, Python, SQL fundamentals, Data visualization principles, and Data cleaning and transformation techniques.
• Experience in Alteryx, VBA/Macro development, Power Automate, and Experience with cloud analytics platforms would be preferred.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English.
