Job Description:
As a Data Analyst & Insight, you will transform raw data into meaningful stories. You will be responsible for interpreting data, creating dashboards, and providing actionable recommendations to help the business make smarter decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis: Clean, process, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Reporting: Design and maintain automated dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to track key business metrics.
- Business Insights: Translate data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders (Product, Marketing, or Management).
- Data Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with the Data Engineering team.
- Problem Solving: Support various departments by answering business questions through ad-hoc data deep-dives.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum [X] years of experience in a data-driven role (Experience in Fintech/E-commerce is a plus).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (a must).
- Experience with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R for data manipulation.
- Analytical Thinking: Exceptional ability to analyze complex problems and provide data-backed solutions.
- Attention to Detail: High precision in data handling and reporting.
