Job Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to support business decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
- Build, optimize, and maintain data models, data marts, and data warehouse solutions.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational performance to provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
- Develop and automate recurring reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements for data governance and reporting processes.
- Create clear documentation for data models, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Support ad-hoc analysis and business intelligence initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong experience with Data Warehouse, ETL processes, and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and data visualization.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in querying and analyzing large datasets.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Good understanding of data visualization best practices and business reporting.
- Experience with data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ETL tools such as SSIS, Talend, Pentaho, Informatica, or similar.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience using Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
- Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and master data management.
- Experience working in the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Retail industry is a plus.
