Data Analyst

Job Description:

We are looking for a Market Research and Consumer Insight Lead with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the logistics service industry, particularly in import business. This role is essential in identifying market potential, uncovering customer insights, and supporting the development of data-driven strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze sales performance (revenue, conversion, deal size)
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Provide insights for performance improvement
• Manage sales databases (pipeline, deals, customers)
• Ensure data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date
• Create data structures that are easy to analyze
• Analyze pipeline quality (coverage, stage, probability)
• Support revenue forecasting
• Identify risks to target achievement
• Provide data-driven recommendations
• Support the Head of Sales in decision-making
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis according to business needs
• Develop sales dashboards (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Present data in an easy-to-understand format
• Support management reporting needs

Qualifications

• :Minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Information System, or relate
• dMinimum 2-3 years of work experience in data analysis or sales analysi
• sSkills in MS Excel, SQL, BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau
• )Able to create data visualization
• sAbility to analyze data effectively, both quantitatively and qualitativel
• yWilling to work half day (09:00 - 14:00 WIB) on Saturday
