Define and establish data-driven frameworks as a dedicated discussion partner for various business units to plan, strategise, and drive business growth within the project period.
Shape complex datasets into clear, actionable insights, acting as an internal consultant who simplifies analytical terminologies for diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
Analyse, clean, and evaluate large, complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making across key corporate initiatives.
Design, implement, and deploy automated dashboards to continuously monitor and report on key performance metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct precise ad-hoc analyses and evaluate critical metrics to support strategic decision-making and deliver impactful outcomes for special projects.

Requirements

Hold a minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Finance, or other quantitative fields.
Possess prior professional experience or strong foundational expertise in data analytics, business intelligence, management consulting, or quantitative project management.
Demonstrate technical proficiency in querying languages, specifically utilising SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Demonstrate hands-on experience in building and managing dashboards on BI platforms such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
Proficiency in advanced analytics using Python or R will be an advantage.
Demonstrate the ability to manage, coordinate, and drive projects across multiple cross-functional stakeholders and functions.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into structured, actionable business strategies.
Ability to manage and execute multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Indonesia to align with internal stakeholders.
Proactive self-starter with a solution-oriented attitude toward complex operational challenges.
