Job Description

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Software Developer (Middle level).
Strong experience with Java Spring Boot.
Experience with React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript).
Familiar with Spring Security for authentication and authorization.
Familiar with monitoring and observability tools (Elastic, Grafana, Prometheus).
Good understanding of REST API integration.
Able to work on-site and collaborate in a structured corporate/banking environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience working in banking or financial services.
Basic understanding of DevOps or CI/CD processes.
Experience handling production issues and system monitoring.

Minimum Qualifications

Develop and maintain dashboard applications using Spring Boot (backend) and React.js (frontend).
Implement secure authentication and authorization using Spring Security.
Collaborate with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams to ensure application stability and performance.
Integrate dashboard features with internal systems and APIs.
Monitor application performance, logs, and system metrics using tools such as Elasticsearch, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Perform troubleshooting and issue analysis based on monitoring data and system logs.
Ensure code quality, security standards, and best practices are applied, especially in a banking environment.
Participate in testing, deployment, and post-deployment support.
