Conduct HR system requirements analysis from clients or business units.
Provide HRIS solution recommendations that align with organizational needs.
Manage end-to-end HRIS implementation projects, including user training.
Configure and perform system testing for HRIS.
Provide technical and functional support after implementation.
Coordinate with technology vendors and internal teams for system integration needs when required.
Develop technical and functional documentation related to HRIS systems.
Conduct ongoing evaluation and continuous improvement of the implemented systems.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Information System, Information Technology, Psychology (with HR experience), or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HRIS Darwinbox.
Strong understanding of HR processes and HR data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Capable of conducting business needs analysis and translating them into technological solutions.
Strong project management and documentation skills.
Adaptive to changes in technology and business processes.
Possession of HR certification (optional but highly advantageous).
