Develop and deliver engaging training programs through classroom, online, and blended learning.
Design learning materials, e-learning content, and training modules.
Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and training administration.
Explore and implement learning technologies, including AI tools and Virtual Reality (VR).
Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Communication, Creative Design, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Instructional Design.
Experienced in using Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably Moodle.
Knowledge of online learning instructional design and Virtual Reality (VR) implementation is an advantage.
Digital-literate with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
Willing to work as a Daily Worker (DW) with working hours equivalent to regular staff, Monday–Friday, with 8 working hours per day.
