Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a D365 Business Central (BC) Technical professional based in Sleman Yogyakarta (WFO). The role entails designing, developing, and maintaining customizations and integrations for the D365 BC platform. The position requires collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors team, troubleshooting system issues, enhancing system performance, and ensuring successful implementation of technical solutions. The role also includes conducting technical documentation, providing support, and delivering training to end-users as needed to optimize system utilization.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in IT, Information Systems, or related fields
- Fresh graduate or having relevant experience in ERP development (preferably Dynamics 365 Business Central)
- Basic understanding of ERP business processes (Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory) (is a plus)
- Having knowledge of D365 Business Central (BC) development, including customization, extensions, and API integrations (is a plus)
- Basic understanding of database concepts (SQL Server)
- Experience with system troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in debugging and resolving technical issues
- Able to work independently as well as in a team or cross department
- Strong communication skills and ability to train and support end-users
- Eager to learn and able to adapt quickly
Responsibility
- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business requirements (On-Prem and SaaS)
- Analyze user needs and translate them into technical solutions
- Perform system configuration, development, and testing
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and performance problems
- Support integration with other systems (API, Web Services, OData)
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure solutions align with business processes
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Provide user support and assist in system implementation or enhancement projects
- Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
