Requirements:
- Minimum diploma degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong passion for cybersecurity and a deep interest in Red Team activities.
- Good knowledge of networking protocols and concepts.
- Comprehensive understanding of operating systems, both Windows and Linux.
- Familiarity with various cybersecurity Red Team concepts, tools, and frameworks, such as Threat Detection & Response, Firewalls, Private Networking, Data Encryption, Misconfiguration & Vulnerability Management, Access Management, scripting languages, etc.
- Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP, or others.
- Willingness to continue developing in a challenging environment.
- Experience in penetration testing (web applications, mobile applications, or infrastructure).
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across departments.
- Relevant certifications will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular security assessments and penetration testing for applications.
- Stay updated on threats and techniques.
- Create detailed reports on Security Assessments for identified vulnerabilities, exploitation methods, and recommendations for remediation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cyber threats, attack vectors, and hacking techniques to ensure a proactive defense strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls to enhance security posture.
- Provide recommendations to enhance the security posture of applications, systems, and network infrastructure.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing existing methodologies and sharing knowledge within the team.
- Assist in educating employees/customers about cybersecurity best practices and maintaining a secure digital environment.
