About the Role

We are looking for a Cyber Security Engineer with solid experience in securing complex

systems across infrastructure, cloud, and embedded environments. In this role, you will be

responsible for identifying potential security risks, implementing protection measures, and

ensuring our systems meet industry security standards. You will work closely with

engineering, product, and external partners to strengthen our overall security posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain security measures across system infrastructure,

cloud environments, and embedded systems.

• Identify vulnerabilities and perform risk assessments across applications,

networks, and devices.

• Define and enforce security policies, standards, and best practices across the

organization.

• Monitor systems for security threats and respond to incidents in a timely manner.

• Conduct security testing, including vulnerability scanning and basic penetration

testing.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security-by-design principles into

product development.

• Ensure compliance with relevant cybersecurity standards and regulations.

• Support secure system architecture design for both software and embedded

solutions.

• Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports, and audit materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information

Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably in complex system

environments.

• Experience securing system infrastructure, cloud platforms, and embedded

systems.

• Strong understanding of network security, system security, and application

security principles.

• Familiarity with cloud security practices (AWS, Azure, or similar platforms).

• Experience with security tools such as vulnerability scanners, SIEM, or endpoint

protection systems.

• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and incident response processes.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical

stakeholders.

• Ability to work closely with development teams in a collaborative environment.

• Good English communication skills (written and spoken) to collaborate with

international teams.

• Eagerness to learn and improve.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with international cybersecurity standards such as EU-RED (Radio

Equipment Directive), CRA (Cyber Resilience Act), or similar frameworks.

• Experience working with embedded or IoT device security.

• Knowledge of secure coding practices and DevSecOps concepts.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CEH, CISSP) are a plus.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
