• Establish and maintain security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management processes across IT infrastructure and embedded environments.
• Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies, standards, and security best practices across the organization.
• Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and ensure compliance with customer security requirements and international security standards.

• Administer Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, directory services (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Workspace), and single sign-on across the organization.
• Manage IT asset lifecycle: procurement, provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and device inventory across office locations.
• Provide tier 2/3 IT support and troubleshooting for internal staff across Vancouver, Bali/Bandung, and other offices.
• Maintain and improve network monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery processes for internal systems. • Evaluate and manage relationships with IT vendors, ISPs, and managed service providers.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, and demonstrated experience in IT systems/network administration, preferably in complex system environments.
• Experience securing system infrastructure, cloud platforms, and embedded systems.
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint security and access control for Windows and Linux environments.
• Solid networking fundamentals: routing/switching, firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, VLANs, and wireless network design and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience implementing or administering SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Wazuh, Splunk, QRadar, ELK, or similar).
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM), endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.
• Experience administering corporate IT systems: directory services, email/collaboration platforms, device management (MDM), and IT helpdesk operations.
