OPEN RECRUITMENT — FINANCE, ACCOUNTING & TAX SPECIALIST

CV Prakarsa is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist.

The position will be responsible for managing the company's day-to-day financial administration, monthly financial reporting, and taxation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Statement

• Calculate and monitor gross profit, net profit, and other key financial figures

• Record, reconcile, and monitor financial transactions

• Monitor cash flow and company financial position

• Manage the company's tax administration and compliance

• Handle VAT (PPN) and non-VAT (non-PPN) transactions

• Prepare and manage annual tax reporting (SPT Tahunan)

• Ensure timely tax payments and reporting

• Maintain proper financial and tax documentation

• Coordinate with management, banks, and external tax/accounting consultants when necessary

• Provide financial and tax updates to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field

• Experience in accounting, finance, and/or taxation is preferred

• Good understanding of Indonesian taxation, particularly PPN and SPT

• Able to prepare and understand financial statements

• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy

• Good organizational and time-management skills

• Able to work independently and take responsibility for assigned tasks

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets

• Experience with accounting or tax software is an advantage

Work Location: Jatimulya, Bekasi Timur

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Rp. 3jt-5jt Monthly
