Customs Specialist

Job Description

1. Simplify and establish international logistics processes and key control points, including information flow, business flow, logistics, and fund flow.

2. Establish and oversee international customer service and after-sales systems to improve business service experience and internal efficiency.

3. Manage import clearance and customs processes for Chinese exports and local imports.

4. Manage import compliance certifications in the host country, such as certifications for industrial products and automotive components.

Requirements

1. Fluent in English, Mandarin and the local language, with preference given to candidates with international background or government resources.

2. Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience in import and export logistics management.

3. Familiar with local import policies in the host country, as well as import compliance requirements for industrial products and automotive parts.

4. Strong market sensitivity and product-oriented thinking, with customer service experience.
