Become a part of our talented deugro team, as we look for a Customs Specialist in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia.

Key responsibilities:

• Checking and filling out import and export documents
• Compile and apply for PIB
• DO release to shipping company
• Calculate and manage tariffs, duties, and taxes for various shipments
• Give advice to the client about the customs process
• Monitor shipping to make sure it can pass Customs and achieve its goals on time
• Ensure time and tax and tax payments on time to avoid delays in the process of exercise
• Communicate with customs authorities to solve problems, delays, or disputes
• Grab new business by provide additional service
• Supporting & monitoring AR & AP for Project Specific

Skills, knowledge, and expertise:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of Project forwarding expertise
• PPJKA certification is a must
• Customer-focused and analytical
• Able to work in a diverse work environment and culture
• Excellent interpersonal, as well as networking and relationship building skills
• Excellent communication skills with advanced ability to give written and verbal instructions
• Fluent in English (reading and writing)
