Job Description:

Receive SPPB documents from the documentation team.

Obtain trucking details and cargo arrival information from the documentation staff.

Notify the documentation team when the trucking has arrived.

Inform the documentation staff of any document shortages or issues at the warehouse.

Carry out label checking on incoming goods.

Perform Gete processing at the TPS.

Monitor cargo movement until it is received by the importer.

Provide the original received storage documents to the documentation team.

Ensure timely completion of the tutup bon process.

Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Qualifications:

Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Transportation or Logistics.

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Previous experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is required.

Strong understanding of operations management, customer service, and communication skills.

English proficiency at least above basic level.

Willing to work on Saturdays.

Placement: Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
