What You'll Do:
- Deliver user support through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Empower users by providing clear and concise explanations of our platform's functionality.
- Efficiently process user requests, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of user issues and resolutions, contributing to ongoing service improvements.
- Compile and document user feedback daily to contribute to essential Bank Indonesia reporting requirements.
Who is Our Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in a relevant field is required.
- Minimum of a year of proven experience as a Customer Service Specialist, preferably within the fast-paced payment services industry, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are a must.
- Proficiency with computers and digital platforms is essential for navigating our systems and providing seamless support.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve user issues with empathy and professional.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new information, technologies, and processes.
