Job Descriptions:

The role will focus on handling such as:

1. Reconfirm domestic and international hotel reservations from a travel agent or corporate.

2. Support CS team in resolving booking issues promptly and professionally.

3. Assist in daily reporting related to customer support operations.

4. Learn and use the company's CRM also booking systems to manage client requests.

Requirements:

1. Fresh graduate / Last year university student with no classes left.

2. Good communication in English

3. Creative, curious, and analytical

4. Understand basic excel / spreadsheets.

5. Able to commit 4-6 month internship

Transport and meal allowance are provided.
