Customer Support GIS (Bahasa Indonesia) - Yogyakarta

We are looking for a Customer Service professional with experience in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to join our team in Yogyakarta. If you have excellent communication skills and can understand and interpret GIS data, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• To handle tickets related to Maps Ops Location Selection with 100% accuracy for Location Selection, POI, and other Maps Ops-related issues.

Qualifications:

• S1/D3 or bachelor's degree in Geography-related studies
• Experience in customer support in a related role is a plus point.
• Fresh Geography major graduates are encouraged to apply
• Ability to understand and interpret GIS (Geographic Information System) data
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with targets and a strong customer service orientation.
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
• Residing in or willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
