Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Support Executives to join our team and work with one of our UK-based clients. This is an entry-level, non-voice role where you will support sales and customer operations through emails and chats only, aligned with UK business hours.

Customer Support Executive Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and sales-related queries via email and live chat (no calls)
  • Support the sales team with order processing, coordination, and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently
  • Ensure timely, professional, and clear written communication
  • Follow defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards
  • Provide basic documentation and reporting support when required

Customer Support Executive Requirements And Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Freshers welcome)
  • Good written English communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Excel; CRM knowledge is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work in UK-aligned shift timings (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST)
  • Comfortable working 6 days a week
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Team player with good time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
