Job Description

We're now scaling up, both locally & globally, and need a Customer Success Intern to work with our Customer Success Account Manager.

About This Role

As our Customer Success Intern you will play a key role in supporting our Customer Success Account Manager to innovate in few ways:

  1. Support in replying to customers via chat platform & email and follow up with the internal team if there are some actions needed from the internal team.
  2. Investigate and trace issues before reporting to the internal team
  3. Support in the Customer Success administrative tasks, such as updating CRM, support dashboard, generating reports.

Requirements We're Seeking

  • Passionate in learning new tools, system, and technologies
  • Patience when handling tough cases and good problem solving skills
  • Empathetic towards customers & proactive in following up with team members
  • Experience working or doing internship for a SaaS company is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good command in English and excellent in Bahasa Indonesia
  • Good communication skills and able to work as a team as well as individually
  • High integrity and ability to work with low supervision
  • Must be able to work from home in environment free from distractions, attending virtual video meetings.
  • Can start by mid-end of March 2024
