Job Description

Partipost is the largest influencer marketing platform in South East Asia and is building a self-serve platform that helps SMEs run influencer campaigns without needing an agency to do everything for them. Brands can create a campaign, choose creators, set deliverables, manage budgets, track progress, and learn what works, all in one place. Our goal is simple. Make influencer marketing accessible and play a part in the success for all businesses in Indonesia.

We are looking for Customer Success Executives who can own the full commercial journey, from finding the right customers to helping them succeed, stay, and grow. You will run the full sales cycle and own the account outcomes. Your job is to guide, enable, and drive adoption at scale, with the right amount of human touch.

What you will be owning:

  • Prospect, pitch, close, retain, and grow SME accounts
  • Guide customers to set up campaigns on their own using our platform
  • Drive adoption and usage, including activation, repeat campaigns, and upsell to higher value plans
  • Identify risks early, reduce churn, and keep accounts healthy through structured follow ups
  • Collect customer feedback and turn it into clear insights for product and operations teams
  • Manage a book of business with strong pipeline discipline and clean CRM hygiene

  • You consistently hit monthly new revenue and activation targets
  • Your customers can launch campaigns with confidence without heavy hand holding
  • Your accounts renew, spend again, and grow over time
  • You can run onboarding at scale and still keep customer trust high
  • You surface product gaps clearly, with evidence and practical suggestions

Who are we looking for:

  • 1 to 3 plus years experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success for influencer marketing. Fresh grads are also welcomed to apply
  • Comfortable with CRM, pipeline management, and structured follow ups
  • Comfortable doing outbound and building pipeline, not just handling inbound leads
  • Strong communication skills can explain a platform simply, even to non technical SME owners
  • in Bahasa Indonesia and English, Chinese is a plus
