We are looking for a Customer Success team member who genuinely enjoys helping customers succeed.
This role is not just answering tickets. You will become a trusted partner for our clients — helping them onboard, solve operational problems, improve usage, and maximize the value they get from Goapp.
You will work closely with product, sales, and operations teams to ensure customers stay happy, active, and growing.
What You'll Do
- Assist customers through WhatsApp, chat, and meetings
- Help onboard new clients and guide system setup
- Understand customer business workflows and suggest best practices
- Monitor customer issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Follow up proactively with clients
- Help increase retention and customer satisfaction
- Create simple documentation, tutorials, or training materials
- Become the bridge between customers and product team
- Identify upsell or expansion opportunities when relevant
Requirements
- Friendly, communicative, and customer-oriented
- Good problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable talking with business owners and operational teams
- Fast learner and willing to understand business processes
- Able to handle multiple clients and conversations
- Organized and responsive
- Comfortable using SaaS tools and technology
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, CRM, or Support is a plus
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome
