Job Description:

  • Reply to Buyer and Merchant inquiries and support to provide information on
  • both order and non order related issues.
  • Respond the tasks from online channels both Live chat and webform
  • Coordinate with relevant team and follow up in order to solve the customers
  • issue
  • Contact back to customers/ riders/ merchants for information updates or get
  • more information for investigation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in any related fields
  • New Graduates are welcome.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results-Proactive, strong organizational skills
  • Problem solving skill- Good analytical and proactive mindset
  • Have a sense of ownership and service
  • Good analytical and proactive mindset
  • Multitasking and prioritize incoming tasks, cases, and inquiries
  • Able to working shift 5 days a week (day off varies)
