Job Description

Placement: Solo Grand Mall (WFO - Work From Office)

Job Description:

We are seeking a customer-oriented service representative to act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Have experinece min. 6 months as Telesales / Sales in BPO or any related company
  • Experience in E-Commerce buyer/seller/creator services
  • D3 or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum GPA 2.75
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia (Smiling Voice)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willing to work office hours

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively support sellers on the e-commerce platform, ensuring their business growth through operational excellence, marketing strategies, and sales execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact, meeting their needs, and providing solutions.
  • Monitor seller performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Understand clients business goals and challenges to offer tailored advice and solutions, and set and achieve their revenue targets through effective e-commerce strategies.
  • Possess strong sales and influencing skills, and be able to convince sellers through verbal and written communication to join e-commerce promotional campaigns.
