Role Description
We are looking for an AC Charger Operation Supervisor (SPV) for a full-time, on-site position located in West Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves overseeing the operation and maintenance of AC charger systems, managing daily operations, ensuring seamless project execution, and coordinating with stakeholders to achieve operational goals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting issues, optimizing operational performance, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure service excellence.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and solve customer problems in quickly, and ensure customer satisfaction
2. Supervise CS team and improve operational processes, drive team efficiency and ensure service quality.
3. Coordinate good cooperation with customer and internal team, and support sales and technical teams to provide efficient customer solutions.
4. Report work to customers (Weekly and monthly)
5. Responsible for customer relationship maintenance, ensure the establishment and development of long-term cooperative relationship.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably in marketing, management, engineering related majors.
2. At least 3 years of customer service or operation management experience, EV charge, new energy or B2C experience is preferred.
3. Strong communication, coordination and team management skills, able to work efficiently in a cross-cultural environment.
4. Familiar with customer service process, with data analysis ability, able to optimize operation through data-driven.
5. Fluent in English.
